Balance Books Online offers a level of protection most small business don’t have the budget to even consider.  The servers hosting our data are located in state-of-the-art data centers utilizing redundant servers, Cisco firewalls, Cisco routers, and a large uninterrupted power supply.  The servers also include local UPS, mirror discs, and Raid implementation.  As a client, you have a unique username and password for the Online Office and your QuickBooks file.  Only you and your Account Manager can access critical business information.

Our Certified ProAdvisors are accounting professionals, and they handle your information with the utmost care.  Your business is assigned an Account Manager that acts as your consistent point of contact with Balance Books.  The relationship is even more discreet than the conventional office environment, because only authorized users can log into the Online Office to view documents and financial records.
